Austin Restaurants For Fusion Cuisine

Fusion means a restaurant serves different kinds of food. Some of them have dishes of different ethnic cuisines on their menu, and others manage to combine flavors and ingredients from different cuisines in the same dish. You’ll find a variety of fusion restaurants around town. Chinese-Japanese and Chinese-Vietnamese restaurants are common. But Hawaiian and Mexican? Or Mexican-Korean? Yup, those are here too.
